The downside of a local account is that when you end up on a service or site that requires Microsoft credentials, you'll have to enter your Microsoft login each time; it won't automatically sign you in as it does if you log into Windows with a Microsoft account.
Weird Scroll-down When I Hit Enter
The other option is to switch to a local/offline account (see above) and when asked for a password, leave it blank in both slots. If you already have a local account with a password, go back to the options to set it up and select Change, enter the password, and on the screen where it asks for a new password and to confirm it, leave them blank, then click Next.
In the Page change box, enter the amount that the value increases or decreases and the degree to which the scroll box moves when you click the area between the scroll box and either of the scroll arrows. For example, in a scroll box with a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 10, if you set the Page change property to 2, the value will increase or decrease by 2 (in this case, 20% of the value range of the scroll box) when you click the area between the scroll box and either of the scroll arrows.
I have had this problem also, and it does look initially like a display card driver issue. But it's not. I believe that what is happening is when you edit within a cell and text wrap occurs the entire spreadsheet needs to be refreshed on pressing Enter, but no display refresh occurs. In order to force the screen refresh I usually click on a tab for another worksheet and then click back to the active worksheet. But this is highly annoying to do for each cell entered. If doing a lot of entry, one can enlarge every row to avoid expanding cells during data entry, then "right size" every row again when data entry is complete.
I had the exact same issue. It has to do with 'page breaks'. Most likely you did the same thing I did and added a page break by going to the "Layout tab > Breaks > Next Page". For whatever reason, when you hit enter at the end of the page before the page break that you inserted, it'll bring your cursor 2 spaces to the right of your text, but when you start typing it'll appear on the next line. (There are two places where you can add a page break. This only happened to me when I used the "Layout tab" page break, not when I used the "Insert tab" page break option.)
The best way to remove the issue is to click on the show/hide symbol, figure out where you're cursor moves to when pressing the return or enter key and then moving the section break down one. Once you've done that, move the cursor to the original place and all of the unwanted spaces will correct themselves.
To open the Community Center, the player must enter Pelican Town from the Bus Stop on a day when it is not raining, from Spring 5th onward, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Entering town from another direction, at another time, or on a rainy day, will not trigger the cutscene. In multiplayer, the host must trigger the cutscene.
If choosing "Let's be reasonable.":Morris then boasts that he will put on a 75% off sale to get his customers back and laughs off the event. Pierre then tells him he's wrong and asks everyone to gather around. He begins to talk about when he first moved to the Pelican Town, reminiscing about how the town had a real sense of being a family and a community, talking to different people about how they enjoyed and connected with each other in the Center and that JojaMart took that away from them. Now that the Center is finished, Pierre asks everyone to boycott JojaMart in order to take advantage of their second chance that the player has given them. Morris jumps in shock and everyone takes a second to soak it in. 2ff7e9595c
